Are they ethically mined?

Yes, we source sapphires from Ceylon (Sri Lanka). Gems from Sri Lanka are 100% ethically mined. No child labour or conflicts involved.

Are they certified?

Yes, every gemstone is individually certified by independent laboratories.

How can I inspect the gemstones?

First, check whether you can get enough details from the photos and videos we provided.

Then, you can ask for more photos and videos, usually on a ring, with a tweezer, or on fingers.

We can also do an online live video demonstration.

If you are still not sure, you can go for a direct inspection.

How do I direct inspect gemstones?

You need to pay the full price and order the gemstone. If you are not satisfied, we will do a full refund and refund any shipping fees as well.

If you are in Melbourne, we can drop into your place to showcase the gemstones.

How Long It Will Take To Deliver?

Gemstones shipping from Melbourne, Australia will take 1 to 2 days to deliver within Australia. International orders are delivered via FedEx and DHL.

What is the return policy?

We offer 100% change or mind return within 10 days. You should bare the return postage with any insurance.

What if my customer returns my jewellery?

If your customer returns the jewellery, you can unset the stone and return it within 60 days for a full refund. This is only applicable for jewellery returns. Gemstone resellers are not eligible for 60-day returns.

Can I pay later?

Yes, if you are a reputed legitimate business, after building a good relationship we are open to selling gemstones for credit.
