Order Process

• We will immediately contact you and arrange the purchase.
• If you want, we can provide additional detais, photos, videos or a live session of the gemstone.
• If you want to inspect the gemstone live, we can arrange a real-time gemstone inspection session.
• We will send you an invoice and you can pay either with Creadit card, Paypal, or direct Bank Transfer.
• We will send the gemstone via Fully Insured, Express post.

Returns and Refunds

You can initiate a return withing 7 days after you recieved the gemstone. Once we recieved the gemstone and verified, the full amount will be refuned.
